SAGE REALTY
Brought in to Sage Realty to direct, film, and edit a 10 part video series, called Agent Insight, to attract new agents to the company through an email campaign. Also created an agent testimonial to be used as advertising across Instagram and Facebook to bring in new leads.
OPENING SCENE
Began brainstorming ideas for the title of the video series. The video series was to be distributed to local realtors via email. Once a week for 10 weeks they would receive a video that would go over a topic in the industry and give tips and tricks. This was all in an attempt to show value to the realtor and get them to join the brokerage. I got approval on a sketch of the Agent Insight title. I then pushed it further and animated it.
Introduction Video
This is the first video that was sent out in the series to inform the realtor on who Sage Realty is, what Agent Insight is about, and to let them know what to expect for the next 10 weeks as this email campaign ran.

Agent Testimonial Video
Interviewed one of the realtors at Sage Realty. Shot B-Roll of the office and her working. This was to be used as promotion on their social media accounts.
Closing Scene
Still screen I made displaying all the contact information for the brokerage. Animated the roof line in the Sage Realty logo to add some movement along with the fade.
